Since my focus is shifting away from travel, events, and style; and into Health & Wellness, I thought it would be good to put up a little post on what you should, and shouldn't expect from me.
I want to make a couple of things clear before we go on. I am not a doctor (duh). Nothing that I say or recommend comes from a doctor's background in any way (also, duh). It simply stems from my own personal experience, the experiences of the people around me, and my 40+ years of strutting my shit across this earth.
Just because my focus is now on health and wellness that does not mean that this is a diet page. Or a workout page. You will not see those things here! What you will see here are ways to love your body and yourself. I don’t believe in diets or diet culture. If you’re looking for someone to motivate you to lose weight, this is not the place. I’m only here to help you learn to love yourself. If I talk about food, it's gonna be about how much I love it. If I talk about being active, it's gonna be because I'm doing something that makes me happy and makes me feel good.
What you WILL find here are posts about self-care, self-love, self-confidence, being positive, and kicking ass! I love making people smile, and I love helping people find their inner fierce bitch...it's what I've always been good at, it's who I am...so it's about time for it to be what I do!
